Business Management

Oversees the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluating and providing guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.

  • Overseeing the hiring, development and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors.

  • Collaborating with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.

  • Designing, establishing and monitoring the program's project management goals.

Business and project management support for the CHRO and CHRO office

  • Work closely on a variety of priorities and assignments with the CHRO

  • Support regular governance, risk routines and management meetings – agenda, follow through, documentation etc.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management locally and globally

  • Project manage various work streams and initiatives as determined by the CHRO

  • Support HR business planning, budgeting and other enterprise wide initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders, as relevant, to ensure deliverables progress per plan

Required Skills –

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills to interact across the organization

  • Understanding of financials needed for management reporting and analytics

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities

  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and focused on timely deliverables

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Moderate to advanced skills in using MS Office tools such as MS Excel and Power-Point, ability to learn new technology applications needed in the role

  • Self-starter; ability to complete tasks independently with minimum supervision and use independent judgment in decision-making
