Senior Specialist - DevSecOps - IN
The role is responsible for ensuring that security is present during every stage of the software delivery lifecycle, from initial design through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery.

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job
Reporting into the AI CoE Lead – the Education Senior Specialist will be responsible for:
Developing high-quality educational materials including workshop content, e-learning modules, and reference documentation
Maintaining and updating a knowledge repository of AI concepts, best practices, and implementation guidelines
Liaison with Business & key stakeholders for customizing training content for specific business units
Creating awareness for identifying AI opportunities.
Educating other departments on firm approval of AI products & their usages.
Key Duties & Responsibilities : List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable)
Work with HR and L&D teams to integrate AI education into broader organizational learning initiatives
Collaborate with business units to identify AI training needs and skill gaps
Create case studies based on successful AI implementations within the organization
Develop hands-on exercises and practical assignments to reinforce learning
Create awareness on AI products & AI processes
Gather and incorporate participant feedback to continuously improve training materials
