Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job
The Associate is responsible for assisting in the Support group of M365 technologies as required to support business process automation build solutions within M365 environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities : List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable)
Must have worked on PowerBi data modelling , Reporting and expertise with DAX.
Canidate should have experience in administration and Governance of power BI including managing Workspaces, On-prem Data Gateways, Gateway connections, Licensing model, etc.
Good understanding of concepts like Power platform environments, DLP policy, connectors, PowerApps, Power Automate.
Good hands-on experience in deploying solutions using Pipelines and understanding of ALM practices.
Proficiency with Dataverse, Security Roles, Dataflows.
Familiarity with governance practices and strategies for Power BI and Power platform
Good understanding in creation of Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows.
Experience of integration with other O365 workloads
Co-ordinate with users and vendor for issue resolution
Build and define guardrails to follow governance at the organization level.
Candidate should have good understanding of tools like MS Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint and how they ingrate together.
Candidate should have very good understanding of M365 tenant configurations
Candidate should have good hold on consulting with other IT teams to understand the application requirement to build the solutions using power platform / M365 services / PowerBI etc.
Good to Have skills:
Knowledge on Microsoft Fabric
PowerShell scripting experience - Gateway and Powerbi module preferred.
Develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services
Relevant certifications are an added advantage (PL 900, PL 200,PL 300, AZ 900,MS 102)
Functional Knowledge: What knowledge of concepts, process, principles or procedures is needed within discipline; SME?
