The Senior Lead Engineer & Architecture oversees the development of multiple types/categories of technical architecture and operating systems for running end user applications. Working in partnership with other leaders, this job develops and implements new products, processes, standards and operational plans that directly impact the department. This job is a recognized master in the Information Systems Architecture field.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leads complex architecture requirements analysis to convert end user needs into technical solutions.

• Audits systems design and technology constraints in accordance with compliance requirements.

• Oversees development of key capabilities and performance requirements when developing system architectures.

• Approves technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.

• Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.

• Communicates the design of the technical architecture clearly to other leaders within the organization.

• Develops complex data modeling and implements advanced project management processes.

• University (Degree) Preferred

Required Skills:

• Expert Knowledge in structure, calculation methods and reporting capabilities of the RAE system.

• 5 or more years of fixed income portfolio analytics experienceor more years of investment team / front office support experience.

• At least 3 or more years of CLO, Loans, and/or High Yield portfolio analytics experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Convertible Arbitrage investments and associated market data / analytics.

• CFA Charter Holder

• FRM Holder

• Experience with Distressed Debt investments and associated market data / analytics.

• Experience with FactSet.

• Experience with Wall Street Office (WSO).

• Experience with Bloomberg.

Base Pay Range: $129,400/yr. - $215,600/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
