KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Lead Business Systems Analyst
The Lead Business System Analyst oversees the analysis of business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working with limited oversight, this job reviews that designed system solutions are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job is responsible for managing large projects and processes, while also coordinating efforts among the Business Systems team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provides solutions for IT and business management concerning the application of technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
Monitors feedback on the use of business applications, enhancing system productivity as needed.
Translates business requirements into application requirements, while working with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.
Reviews cost estimates of various system solutions and reviews project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
Engages client teams and explains complex security initiatives in an understandable manner, while also addressing any hesitations or concerns from the client.
Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems, as necessary.
Coaches and sometimes delegates work to lower level professionals.

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role can located at our TIAA office in Chicago, IL, Iselin, NJ, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Denver, CO, Boston, MA & Jacksonville, FL but will be currently remote.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 24 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
Role Summary: The CW Lead UX Designer is responsible for creating best in class user experiences that will address business goals and customer expectations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is collaborative, and can take both a creative and analytical approach when problem solving.
Collaborate with product and digital strategy teams to understand user needs and opportunities
Create low to high fidelity designs throughout the design process – including wireframes, user flows, detailed visual designs, and other documentation to communicate the experience
Coordinate and lead a UX team of designers, content strategists, usability and accessibility specialists
Collaborate with development team to understand constraints and ensure appropriate implementation
Manage the design workflow and timelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects
Experience & skills:
5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role
Strong verbal and visual communication, written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience with multi-device design and responsive design
Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision
Experience with agile methodologies
A passion for being the voice of the user and a proven track-record building user-centric solutions
Financial services experience preferred
Minimum Pay: $103.00
