TIAA Bank Sr. Trust Operations Analyst in Virtual, Mississippi

As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.

Sr Trust Operations Analyst

Manages a wide range of private banking products, including deposits, loans, fee-based products, etc., to ensure excellent private banking services and practices.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintains and expands existing relationships with high net worth clients through excellent customer service.

  • Responds to customers' inquiries and manages problems that may arise with private banking products and services.

  • Tracks and maintains records of private banking products in order to meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Monitors private banking services and operations to ensure that organizational policies and standards are met.


  • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred

This position is responsible for supporting Personal Trust and IMFS product lines by managing certain activities in the day-to-day operations. These functions include, but are not limited to, support of the day-to-day functions related to fee processing for Trust accounts, securities related activities, account closing functions and various other processing duties in support of client servicing.

Minimum Pay: $56,300.00
