Provides advisory services and technical expertise on digital transformation consulting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Performing advisory and supportive services regarding digital transformation issues to ensure organizational goals could be met leveraging digital technologies.
Participating in the digital transformation roadmap design and development; constructing frameworks, standards and guidelines.
Interviewing and gathering data and information on organizational business processes and business models; defining and developing detailed technical requirements based on data analyses.
Presenting and interpreting digital transformation solutions to management; collaborating to foster the implementation within organization.

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 12 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
This role is located on our TIAA office in Charlotte, NC & Iselin, NJ currently virtual.
Sr Lead Application Developer
Design/Architect, develop, implement and assesses new and emerging technologies, platforms, and services. Analyze existing applications and create future state designs with migration strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Strong technical and design knowledge in implementing enterprise design patterns and migrating on-prem applications to distributed platforms like AWS / Kubernetes
Requirement Analysis and coming up with high level and low level design documents
Perform data analysis in conjunction with creating flexible data structures for data driven designs
Understand legacy applications and re-architect using cutting edge technologies
Assessing the technical feasibility of emerging products and technologies and perform proof of concepts to determine the right
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement multi-tier high volume solutions
Strong technical and mentor skills to ensure development team deliver scalable quality solutions as per the design
Follow Agile development methodology and participating in Scrum ceremonies
Monitoring and analyzing application performance and resolving issues, improving performance or modifications to complex situations, as needed.
Development of application components in support of new builds, enhancements and support activities

Tech Stack Required: Java, J2EE, Spring, Rest, SOAP, Apache Camel, Tomcat, Message Brokers ( IBM MQ, Kafka , Artermis etc.), Database ( Oracle, NoSQL DBs,..) , Performance tools (Jmeter,wily,..), OpenShift, CI/CD tools,
Tech Stack Desired : Elastic Search , BPM , Dynatrace, AWS Offerings
