TIAA Product Owner/Manager in Virtual, New York
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 10 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
CW-Analyst, Product Mgmt & Development
Analyzes and provides reports on general financial data used in selecting, creating and monitoring new or enhanced Financial product services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinating financial information from numerous sources and combining them into unified, coherent reports.
Designing financial reports in order to present information in the most useful manner for different analytical needs.
Researching and providing information on financial results for specified insurance products either industry-wide or internally.
Assisting in developing financial models and analysis tools, and approaches for internal use of product profitability evaluation.

CW-Analyst, Product Mgmt & Product Owner
Perform business analysis, product management and product owner duties to support development of digital enhancements for our plan sponsors, consultants and plan administrators.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Business Analysis:
Aptitude for researching complex data and dated proprietary systems in order to identify all requirements needed to be documented to support a feature development.
Not afraid to ask questions and analyze complex proprietary systems and make suggestions for improvements to an experience
Product Management:
Ability to work across teams to groom a product backlog and prioritize the most valuable enhancements
Skilled at moving discussions forward expeditiously to agreed upon decisions and documenting those decisions and requirements to support enhancements
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end customer experiences
Product Ownership:
Skilled at writing user stories with the right level of detail and capacity to make teams productive.
Eliminating obstacles from the team where possible by keeping requirements clear, documented and moving things to the right on Kanban boards with attention to detail and speed
