KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Sr Lead Info Sec Ops Manager

Manages the day-to-day operations and effectiveness of security-related programs and initiatives; assesses the costs associated with potential threats and solutions required to eliminate or minimize threats.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leading in the development, implementation and enforcement of organization-wide security risk assessment and control standards, policies and procedures.

  • Managing activities for IT risks control in business operations; ensuring that the server, network operations and applications are compliant with security procedures, systems, and policies.

  • Monitoring and assessing business needs against security concerns and recommending necessary changes to enhance information systems security.

  • Developing training on information security risk metrics, polices, risk migration and elimination procedures for staff; coordinating with audits and suppliers on information security improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in IT security role(s)

  • 5 or more years of experience delivering security solutions to large enterprises with millions of customers

  • Experience with security standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and CIS Controls

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts, architectures, and commercial solutions

  • Experience of key cloud providers and their respective IAM security products

  • Experience with leading discussions, establish outcomes, and negotiate paths forward with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with Azure, AWS, and GCF IAM products

  • Excellent communications skills and an ability to produce and present briefings to senior leaders

  • Demonstrated understanding of the major components of a systems development lifecycle

  • BA/BS degree or higher in information technology

  • Security industry certification, such as CISSP, CISA, CompTIA Security+ Basic understanding of agile development methodology, CI/CD and DevSecOps

Potential Salary: $171,000.00 USD

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
