Workplace Solutions
The Workplace Solutions role supports key workplace modernization initiatives and is responsible for the adoption and optimization processes for the projects within those portfolios (e.g., New York, NY headquarters and Charlotte, NC main campus), including the delivery of all real estate change management activities and the ongoing measurement, monitoring, diagnoses and evolution of workplace modernization locations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Determines how much various spaces in the workplace are being utilized and how well associates are adapting to the new spaces using measurement tools (e.g., surveys, occupancy sensor data, observation, etc.).
Monitors workplace data regularly to ensure we are both using and optimizing our individual, meeting, community, and support spaces.
Diagnoses opportunities for creating or revising workplace standards along with developing potential solutions for consideration, in partnership with subject matter experts, inclusive of education or training needs, cost to implement, pros and cons, risks, ease of implementation, and other criteria.
Ensures workplace solutions are regularly developed, documented, and deployed through new standards, practices or protocols, in partnership with subject matter experts, to continuously optimize the workplace.
Executes all aspects of the workplace modernization change management process to ensure plans are completed and delivered according to plan (e.g., communications, training, associate engagement, change champion engagement, leadership touchpoints, pulse checks).
Leads a network of workplace champions representing all business areas and BRGs; owns all agendas and cadences to ensure effective continuous feedback loops; reports to business leaders and executives where appropriate.

Required experience
5+ years experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle in a corporate setting
5+ years experience with change management methodologies and tools along with solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process in a corporate setting
Preferred experience
3+ years of corporate real estate experience
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Real Estate
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative survey tools (focus groups, survey administration, excel)
Experience with large-scale workplace and real estate efforts, including technology changes
Experience with associate-centered workplace design principles (e.g., associate journeys)
Experience working within a PMO
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent active listening skills; and able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, stakeholders and business partners at all levels of the organization. Understands the importance of developing and maintaining strong relationships and is able to work collaboratively with and through others

Potential Salary: $135,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
