TIAA Sr. Associate, Enterprise Marketing Operations in United States

Lead the journey orchestration execution in the Direct Mail Channel Automated Programs related to end-to-end print production, branded creative, and several IT technology portals through Fulfillment for TIAA Product Partners and Marketing Strategist partners for the Enterprise. The primary focus will be managing Print Production and Fulfillment Projects/orders/PDF/Templates both on-line and paper. Additional responsibilities include management of process workflow, budget management, item/kit set up, test, train, and monitor controls to ensure compliance adherence within the operating model report KPI metrics as a SME.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Accountable for Print Production Campaign/Project execution outcomes and innovational enhancements as a Center of Excellence Ambassador to produce best efficient method.

  • Lead Product Partners requirements, scope, test, and training efforts in partnership with dependencies of multiple 3rd party IT Technology Resources, Suppliers, Internal IT, Database Marketing, Creative Brand, and Compliance.

  • Optimize cross-functionality through use of technology, clearly defined governance of marketing processes, and clear communication to the business teams.

  • Manage 3rd Party Supplier relationships, programs, SLAs, trouble shoot issues, coordinate inventory set up/management of compliant content through score cards and SOPs.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Print/Fulfillment.

  • Participate in Print/Fulfillment Team and Supplier meeting cadences, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, project status, score card contributions and KPI metrics

  • Plus for partner intake & IT experience on technology portals (Work Front, Ad Master, Seismic, Sales Force, Market Sync and Share Point knowledge)

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • Three plus years of experience in technology/system analysis involving supplier management and marketing operational print and fulfillment support environment or equivalent combination

  • Three plus years understanding of IT development processes and technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Having a high aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution

  • Skilled at documenting, analyzing, and resolving risks/issues

  • An inherent drive and desire for continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Operations or related discipline.

  • High aptitude for collaboration, complex problem analysis, and resolution

  • Experience with complex print production, technology systems, data, and process management

  • Competency in communicating complex ideas, organization, hands-on, and results oriented expert

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented professional with the ability to zoom out to see the big picture and solution

  • Vendor engagement and management

  • Work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Concurrently handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly

  • Build relationships and maintain successful working relationships with individuals at varying levels and from different areas of the organization

  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and ability to grasp new concepts and processes

  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically based on business needs

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Technical understanding of Print/Fulfillment

Base Pay Range: $67,000/yr. - $111,600/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
